giveaway day is here!

I love making all my family - sister, niece, in-laws, husband and kids etc all pillowcases for their present to open on Christmas eve. But I also love to embroider, so I have been using little embroidered pieces in zip pouches and embroidering cloth bracelets, too. Those are my three favorite things.

my favourite gift to make is the one thing that the receiver uses over and over. like a cute sunsuit for a baby that i've seen her in at least 20 times! warms my heart to know it's loved and useful.

My favorite gift to make is coasters because I'm new to sewing and they are all straight lines but turn out cute and useful. My husband thinks they are a terrible gift though so I'm only giving them to my side of the family, lol.

My favorite gift so far has been Journal in a Jar. I bought a Journal, and then printed journaling ideas, cut them up, and put them in a jar. The person receiving it then has journal topics. I just started quilting, so next year I hope to have some real homemade gifts. Thank you for the chance to win all that fabric. What a blessing that would be!
